Abstract
This presentation will cover MMIC design for next generation digital radio systems, including VCOs, mixers, and power-amplifiers.
Biography
Dr. Tabatabaei has been working in microelectronics since 1986. He received the Ph.D. in EE from the University of Maryland in College Park. His areas of interest are semiconductor technology and IC design. He has worked for the Laboratory for Physical Sciences, MA-COM, HP/Agilent and is now with Endwave in San Jose, CA.
